The look and feel of the film, the mis-en-scéne, will be a bit exaggerated, not quite over-the-top. Colorful when Natasha is around and less so when she’s gone.
I really love the look of the film, “Matilda”. It was colorful but not too vibrant. The sets were a little crazy which went well with the personality of the characters. “The Eulogy” will have a similar look although not quite as severe. I want to capture exaggerated, unexpected angles and play up the surreal feeling and contrast of Alexis to her Mother and other characters in the film.
